Kylie AndersonKylie has always had an eye for design and detail—something that started back when she spent hours watching HGTV shows and imagining how spaces could be transformed. When Jesse launched KPN Contracting, Kylie jumped right in to help bring the vision to life.
Today, she plays a hands-on role in nearly every part of the company. Whether she’s handling the behind-the-scenes logistics, working on-site, or connecting directly with clients, Kylie brings a mix of creativity, organization, and people skills that keeps projects running smoothly. She’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves and help wherever she’s needed, and she’s become a key part of how KPN delivers not just quality builds, but a positive experience for every client. |
Jack BraybrookJack has spent years honing his skills as both a landscape operator and a company owner, giving him a strong mix of technical expertise and leadership experience. When he joined KPN Contracting, he stepped naturally into the role of lead hand, taking on landscaping projects while also guiding and supporting the crew on-site.
Day to day, Jack balances operating equipment with making sure the team stays organized, safe, and efficient. He’s known for his steady approach, attention to detail, and ability to keep projects moving forward no matter the challenges that come up. Just like the rest of the KPN team, Jack isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty, and his leadership helps set the tone for quality workmanship and teamwork on every job. |

KPN Contracting is proudly owned and operated by Jesse Anderson, a landscape design specialist with a degree in project management and heavy equipment operating. Jesse started this company as a father, inspired by his first son Nolan, and with the support of his wife Kylie, who has been a huge partner in building this venture.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in excavation, carpentry (deck building, fence building, and contracting), and design, Jesse brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. He is motivated, detail-driven, and backed by the right team of professionals to complete work efficiently and at the best possible cost. What truly sets him apart is his work ethic—Jesse refuses to sit back and always leads from the front, being the hardest working member of his crew while guiding his team toward success in Nanaimo, BC.
Beyond construction, Jesse is also deeply committed to his community. He gives back by coaching youth football, including his own son’s team. Through coaching, he teaches discipline, teamwork, and confidence—helping kids grow both on and off the field. This dedication to the next generation is an extension of the same values he brings to his business: leadership, hard work, and building something lasting.
